Little Officers On Patrol (L.O.O.P.) was founded in 2024 by Tymeisha Williams, whose own life was shaped by the power of mentorship and community support. The program is inspired by Troopers On Patrol for Students (T.O.P.S.), created by Patrick McCranie, a program Tymeisha participated in as a young student.
During her time in an alternative school, Tymeisha faced significant behavioral challenges. Yet through T.O.P.S., she found guidance, structure, and encouragement, ultimately earning the program’s Student of the Year award. That experience became a turning point, fueling her commitment to create similar opportunities for today’s at‑risk youth.
L.O.O.P. was built with that same spirit of transformation. Its mission is to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community, fostering trust, mentorship, and positive engagement. By empowering young people with leadership skills, confidence, and meaningful connections, L.O.O.P. invests in the future with one child at a time.
